Celebrate World Quaker Day with Friends around the world.
On Sunday, October 1, 2023, World Quaker Day will celebrate the Spirit of Ubuntu. That's oneness: “We are because you are.". We look forward to the Friends World Committee world plenary in South Africa in August 2024. The Society of Friends is one of the most diverse religious bodies in the world. We include everyone from nontheists in the UK to Evangelicals from Bolivia, and everything in between, all held together by a common heritage and the Holy Spirit.
