Urgent Job Posting: NPYM Annual Session Hybrid Communication Understudy
North Pacific Yearly Meeting urgently needs to find one or two people to fill the paid role of Annual Session Hybrid Communication Understudy.
This will involve a mandatory site visit to Evergreen State College to be set up at a time convenient to both the AS Hybrid Communications Manager and the Understudy. It also includes the half-time 5-day position at the North Pacific Yearly Meeting Annual Session July 22-26, 2026.
It is a job meant for someone who will then commit to the job of Hybrid Communications Manager for the Annual Session in 2027 and beyond if possible. Someone from WA, OR, MT, or ID could be the best fit.
This is a paid contract position. The understudy(s) will be learning the technical work that ensures we have up and running computer technology to meet the in-person and zoom needs for our Annual Sessions.
Qualifications are similar to those for Hybrid Communications Manager, but with less emphasis on prior experience setting up and conducting hybrid Zoom meetings.
- Experience hosting Zoom Meetings and willing to learn hybrid Zoom technology.
