Tract Association relaunches Website
The Tract Association of Friends, which has been distributing Quaker literature "free, or at minimal cost" since 1816, has now relaunched its website: tractassociation.org. Perhaps best known for its "plain calendars" that call the months "First Month," "Second Month," and so forth (at $2 each, now showing the phases of the moon), the Tract Association is marking its reappearance online with the republication of a long-forgotten Quaker "classic," available as a free download: "Remarks Upon the Knowledge of The Lord, the Only True God," by Rhode Island Quaker Job Scott (1751-1793).
