Friends Peace Teams is seeking volunteers for the global Communications Team. We meet monthly online to support Friends around the world doing amazing justice and peace work.
Action Needed: Please share this call with your Quaker meeting, church, or justice and peace circles.

Your heart, talents, and interests are needed!
- Attend a monthly online meeting, currently 3rd Tuesdays at 9:00am Eastern US; times are adjusted to meet the needs of the volunteers from different time zones.
- Subscribe to FPT news of interest, sign up at the bottom of any FPT website page.
- Share FPT news with your Quaker meeting, church, circle of friends, school groups, newsletters, or local newspaper, anyone looking for good news! Share our annual Epistle and PeaceWays or order free copies from [email protected].
- Offer to do one-time or ongoing tasks:
- Edit or proofread news articles for a specific Region.
- Offer technology assistance or training in collaboration with our Tech consultant.
- Attend a Region’s monthly online meeting to liaison with the Communications Team.
- Serve as managing editor for the annual PeaceWays and Epistle publications.
- Research questions or concerns as they arise.
- Serve as clerk or recording clerk.
Friends Peace Teams is Friends supporting Friends in our justice and peace work. We rely on Friends to share the news widely. Please let teens and adults know everyone’s welcome!
