In Portland, QVS is partnering with a new site: the Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon’s HIV Day Center. This is a drop-in center for low income people living with HIV/AIDS. The center works to address basic needs of individuals living with HIV/AIDS in a manner consistent with the values of respect, compassion and safety. They provide counseling, information and referral, and therapeutic and recreational activities.
Get to know Celia Rayfiel, the QVS Fellow who will be serving as the Activities and Event Coordinator at the HIV Day Center.
