Quaker Voluntary Service Portland

In Portland, QVS is partnering with a new site: the Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon’s HIV Day Center. This is a drop-in center for low income people living with HIV/AIDS. The center works to address basic needs of individuals living with HIV/AIDS in a manner consistent with the values of respect, compassion and safety. They provide counseling, information and referral, and therapeutic and recreational activities.
