University Friends Meeting (Seattle) is hiring a part-time (12-16 hours/week) office manager.
This position is the coordination point for communication within the Meeting. Respond to inquiries and requests, schedule room rentals, prepare and disseminate written material, pay bills, make bank deposits, post income and expenses.
Experience with office management, Microsoft Office, Google docs, QuickBooks. Self-directed, flexible. $24-26/hour, plus some benefits.
