Dear Friends, I’m so excited that my first historic Quaker novel, The Kendal Sparrow, is now available as an audiobook. This book was begun with the support of Salmon Bay Friends, and has been in the care of so many Western Friends.
Many Friends in Washington and Hawaii have invited me to do adult education sharing with them, and it was at NPYM that I first saw my novel in a bookstore! You Friends in the West have been with me on this journey, and I sincerely thank you.
This audiobook version of The Kendal Sparrow should make our Quaker history more accessible to many more people. I am thrilled that FGC choose The Kendal Sparrow as their first “book on tape.”
I would be happy to arrange a free Zoom session with your adult ed or book club, about The Kendal Sparrow, or about the leading, the facts, and the importance of your own writing.
My second historic Quaker novel is in publication (with Barclay Press) as I write, and will be ready for sale at yearly meetings this summer.
