Intermountain Yearly Meeting Youth & Families Program Coordinator

Intermountain Yearly Meeting is creating a new Youth & Families Program Coordinator position as part of our commitment to strengthening the belonging, connection, and spiritual nurture of younger Friends and families throughout our region.

We are seeking someone who feels led to help build IMYM’s capacity to welcome and include children, youth, young adults, and families into our Quaker community.

This is a part-time contract position of up to 1,200 hours per year, compensated at $30–$40 per hour depending on experience. The Coordinator will support local Meetings and Worship Groups, build connections across IMYM’s geographically dispersed community, and recruit and support the teams serving younger Friends and families at IMYM’s Annual Gathering.

Quaker experience is strongly preferred, but applicants do not need to be Quakers themselves. We welcome candidates with relevant experience in youth and family ministry, education, spiritual formation, community organizing, camp or retreat leadership, or related fields.

Applications will be accepted September 30–November 1.
