FCNL Statement on Anti-Racism

Our Diversity Equity and Inclusion Working Group brought forward an updated Statement on Anti-Racism, Anti-Bias, Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. It closely follows our staff’s DEI statement; the Executive Committee welcomed and adopted it. We hope you will take time to thoughtfully consider the meaning of the statement for our work together and invite you to share it with others.
