Note: In September 2019, the author reported some changes in Quaker meeting affiliations that occurred after this article was originally published in July 2019. She wrote:
"Our Meeting’s name has changed from Vernon Monthly Meeting to Interior British Columbia Monthly Meeting. We meet physically in Kelowna, British Columbia, in the southern interior area. And we have grown to add a Worship Group in Kamloops where I live.
"Also, I no longer attend University Friends Meeting in Seattle. When I am there, I attend South Seattle Friends Meeting."
