Morning of Recollection

An interfaith, inter-spiritual sacred time and space set aside for in-person silent worship, meditation, prayer, reflection, and spiritual enrichment! Join us for a half-day retreat at the Tacoma Friends Meeting House to nurture your relationship with Light, the Indwelling Divine and to offer a peaceful sanctuary for deep inner and outer connection. 

As the pace of our lives seems constantly to increase, and the presence of technology ubiquitous, our Morning of Recollection provides just what the name implies – a time to step out of the world and re-collect yourself. A time for silence, stillness, and solitude; a time for meditation and prayer; a time for creating an environment for deepening faith and refreshing the soul for returning to daily life renewed, refocused, and refreshed.
