This is a book about the Quaker spiritual practice, ministry, and discipline of eldering. The authors look at the gifts of eldering, and how to support them; sharing stories to illustrate a breadth of experience and understanding. In addition to queries for reflection and discussion are included to help readers connect content to their own experience.

This book helps guide, enrich, and nourish elders both seasoned in the gift and new to it. It may open new understandings for Quaker Meetings.
