Play the Game “Spent”


Poverty kills more people than war. What do we know about poverty in our region, in the United States, and globally? As individuals, meetings, and Quaker organizations, how do we support low-income people in their struggles in our meetings or our communities?

One step you can take to explore the meaning of poverty, if you have never been poor yourself, is to play the game “Spent.”
