To place an advertisement in our magazine:

     1) Contact us about your intended advertisement at least 6 weeks before the timeframe of the relevant magazine issue.

• Jan/Feb issue -- Contact us by preceding Nov 15
• Mar/Apr issue -- Contact us by preceding Jan 15
• May/Jun issue -- Contact us by preceding Mar 15
• Jul/Aug issue -- Contact us by preceding May 15
• Sep/Oct issue -- Contact us by preceding July 15
• Nov/Dec issue -- Contact us by preceding Sept 15 

     
     2) Submit your art (display ad) or copy (classified ad) at least 4 weeks before the timeframe of the relevant magazine issue.

• Jan/Feb issue -- Submit art/copy by preceding Dec 1
• Mar/Apr issue -- Submit art/copy by preceding Feb 1
• May/Jun issue -- Submit art/copy by preceding Apr 1
• Jul/Aug issue -- Submit art/copy by preceding June 1
• Sep/Oct issue -- Submit art/copy by preceding Aug 1
• Nov/Dec issue --  Submit art/copy by preceding Oct 1
